Join us at the Expo City Farm for a series of PXB cooking workshops during COP28. Led by culinary experts specialising in
plant-based food, guests are invited to participate in a calendar of culinary classes, utilising a blend of
produce grown both on-site and in collaboration with local growers. 

There will be 3 classes per day, running from Sunday 3rd to Tuesday 12th December, led by a different guest chef each day.
It is our intention to equip people with the skills to take sustainable cookery from our kitchen, back to theirs.

Recently joining Sumosan Restaurant in Dubai as a Head Chef, Pavel Li is well-acquainted with its ideology and history.
